Who we are:

Atomler is a greentech startup located in Sweden that is developing a B2B digital platform in order to increase the recycling rates of plastic material from post-industrial and ocean bound streams. Our vision is that there should be no need for landfills in the world.

Opportunity:

As a javascript developer at Atomler you will be considered a core part of the company and you will work tightly with everyone in the team of five people. You will be creating a world-class B2B experience! This includes hands-on developing the technical foundations and capabilities available as well as setting the technical vision moving forward.  You will also help building the technical architecture of Atomler and your success will be highly dependent on close cooperation and agile ways of working together with other members of Atomler and our different stakeholders.

Building a technical platform is nothing new for you, it is something you have experienced first hand in a startup or had the opportunity to observe in such a way that you feel that you could pull it off.

You have a user-centered approach - and can engage customers. Just like Atomler you dare to dream big and you think you know how to make dreams into reality.

Main responsibilities:

  • Discuss product, design and UX

  • Develop the service of Atomler; both the front-end and back-end

  • Handle devops-related tasks such as releases

  • Making tech decisions on behalf of the company’s technological requirements

  • Assist our marketing people

We think the following skills will help you succeed:

  • We have a remote setup - so communication and transparency is prio 1

  • Passion about the environment and sustainability

  • Staying on top of technology trends and developments

  • You probably have worked a couple of years with javascript

  • The ability to solve problems and work on your own is nothing new to you

  • You’re fluent in English in both speech and writing. Swedish, German, Polish or Czech is a bonus

Our tech stack should not scare you off:
  • Javascript/Typescript (both ends)

  • React (or Preact)

  • Node.js

  • ArangoDB (we don't expect you to know this one - you will learn!)

Location:

We are in Sweden, but the role is remote.

Interested?

Send us your CV or linkedin link to hello [at] atomler.com or use the link below before the 18th of June and we will get in touch.
