Who we are:

Atomler is a greentech startup located in Sweden that is developing a B2B digital platform in order to increase the recycling rates of plastic material from post-industrial and ocean bound streams. Our vision is that there should be no need for landfills in the world.

Opportunity:

As Head of Sales & Marketing at Atomler you will work tightly with the founding team and drive the change agenda of Atomler’s sales and communications. You will be responsible for creating a world-class B2B experience. This includes setting the channel strategies and roadmaps for these channels but also ensuring customer satisfaction and optimization of brand awareness. You will also be responsible for qualitative traffic and the conversion of leads to sales. Your success is highly dependent on close cooperation and agile ways of working together with other members of Atomler and our different stakeholders.

 

Building a global brand through B2B sales and marketing is nothing new for you, it is something you have experienced first hand or had the opportunity to observe in such a way that you feel that you could pull it off. You know parts of the plastic industry and understand the challenges related to the trade of plastic materials, this experience is crucial for your success in the role.

 

We are looking for a leader who wants to build out the Atomler marketing and sales team in the long term and who has a background in digital marketing. You have a user-centered approach, and can engage customers. Just like Atomler you dare to dream big and you think you know how to make dreams into reality.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Working directly with the founding team, creating a successful expansion of atomler.com

 

  • The overall strategy, purpose, target audiences, scope and development of atomler.com and ensure that we build brand success. 

 

  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO) and driving the CRO-process with internal and external partners.

 

  • Getting close and personal with users and driving sales

 

  • Drive leads and  customer satisfaction and established brand KPI’s.

 

  • Facilitating material matches between users

 

  • Identifying and explore new end user segments 

 

  • Create and execute on a sales strategy and marketing plan for the identified segments 

 

  • Create and maintain the social media communication of Atomler 

 

  • Create relevant content in the relevant channels

 

Your skill set includes: 

  • Passion about environment and sustainability

 

  • Experience of using social media to drive engagement

 

  • Experience in working with communication

 

  • At least 5 years experience of the plastic industry

 

  • Experience from B2B sales 

 

  • Experience from digital marketing

 

  • Fluent in English in both speech and writing (Swedish, German, Polish or Czech is a merit but not mandatory)
